AC Maintenance & Tune-Ups in the Phoenix Metro Area
Your air conditioner works hard during Arizona’s cooling season. Regular AC maintenance and tune-ups can help keep the system operating properly and give you an opportunity to catch developing problems before they turn into larger repairs.
Canyon Trails Mechanical provides air conditioning maintenance for homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area, including Goodyear and communities across the West Valley. Our goal is not simply to check a box and move on. We want to give you a clearer understanding of how your cooling system is operating and point out anything that may need attention.
During an AC tune-up, we inspect and test important areas of the cooling system, check system performance, and perform preventive maintenance designed to help keep your equipment operating reliably.
Canyon Trails Mechanical works on all major HVAC brands and is Arizona ROC 345481, bonded and insured.

Preventive Air Conditioning Maintenance for Arizona Homes
Small HVAC problems can become much more inconvenient when they appear during the hottest part of the year. Preventive air conditioning maintenance gives your system an opportunity to be inspected before a developing issue turns into an unexpected breakdown.
A Canyon Trails Mechanical AC tune-up includes checking system operation, condenser coil condition, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, capacitors and contactors, thermostat calibration, the condensate drain, airflow and temperature, and overall system performance. The goal is to evaluate the cooling system as a whole rather than focus on only one component.
Maintenance cannot guarantee that an air conditioner will never need repair, but it can help identify worn or questionable components, performance issues and maintenance needs while there is still time to address them.
If we discover something that deserves attention, we will explain what we found and why it matters. We will not recommend replacing parts simply because we have an opportunity to sell them.
For homeowners who prefer scheduled maintenance throughout the year, Canyon Trails Mechanical also offers an HVAC Service Membership Plan that includes both cooling and heating tune-ups.

Make Seasonal HVAC Maintenance Simple With a Membership Plan
Keeping up with HVAC maintenance is easy to postpone when your equipment appears to be working normally. Our HVAC Service Membership Plan is designed for homeowners who want a simple way to stay on top of both cooling and heating maintenance throughout the year.
The annual plan includes two visits each year, consisting of a Cooling Tune-Up and a Heating Tune-Up with 20-point inspections. Members also receive priority scheduling, 10% off repair jobs including parts and labor, no after-hours or holiday rate, and access to exclusive member promotions.
Membership pricing begins at $199 per year for one HVAC system, with plans available for homes with additional systems.
Whether you choose individual maintenance visits or the membership plan, Canyon Trails Mechanical will give you straightforward information about the condition of your equipment.
